what we offer

Every Ligare event includes:

• Game-based structure that creates shared momentum and eases awkwardness

• Curated table assignments based on our Connection Profile (like a personality quiz with practical application)

• Facilitated prompts and group flow that guide the event toward deeper conversation—not just gameplay

• Full prep, setup, and takedown handled by our team—you focus on the people

• Customized experiences and discussions based on your org’s needs (mix tenures, unite remote teams, foster inclusion, reflect on recent results, and more)

All we need from you is:

• A space

• A headcount and guest list with emails

• A food & beverage plan (or we can help pull this together)

• And your attendees to take our 10-minute Connection Profile before the event—don’t worry, we’ll chase them so you don’t have to.

We’ll handle the rest—including herding the cats via email.

the right size for connection

Ligare events are most powerful with 4–8 tables of connected guests. We can scale up or down depending on your needs, but 20–50 is our sweet spot.

We price based on a flat minimum, with per-guest pricing above that threshold. We’re happy to work with you to design an experience that fits your group size and budget.
