Guests are matched, not seated. Everyone completes a 10-minute Connection Profile beforehand, or a shorter version at the door. Tables are built on personality, background, tenure, and life stage — so the room is composed, not scattered.
Everyone arrives to something written for them. A personalized letter at each seat, and their Connection Suit — the way they naturally bond with other people.
A shared game gives people something to do. Not an icebreaker. Not forced vulnerability. Something to play, so the talking has somewhere to start.
Conversation is guided off autopilot. Prompts arrive at the right moments, tuned to the night's theme.

What ligare brings: the design, the profiles and matching, the printed letters and programs, the game and materials, the conversation structure, setup and takedown.
What we need from you: a date, a headcount and guest list, a place to host or eat, and ten minutes from each guest for the Connection Profile. We'll chase them for it.
We work with restaurant partners across Houston and can help you find and book the right room — or come to a venue you already use, or to your office.
pricing
Private gatherings start at $2,500 for up to 20 guests, with per-guest pricing above that. Pricing is flexible for nonprofits or community groups.
Food and beverage is billed to you directly by the restaurant, so you're never paying a markup on your own dinner.

Ligare was built by Brenen Blair, a former Associate Partner at Bain & Company who led large transformation with Fortune 100 companies, and worked closely with executive teams on org design, decision rights, leadership, and managing big changes.
